I vote that ANY legal failure that can be conclusively proven even if it results in almost no damages should be undertaken to make precedent. There are smart people who know the science, there are some in the resistance with a bit of money and crowd funding can still be used if done carefully and there must be a few lawyers/advocates, prosecutors and judges who can be trusted to follow the law.

Use the methods that are the fastest to prosecute or the surest fire wins. If you go after the little fish and word gets out that they do not have the protection they were promised we should see some defections and they will be the best sources of information.

I am sad at how those in power (lawyers, doctors, elected officials, public health officials) have consistently let society down even though they gain no personal benefit and will be thrown under the bus as soon as it suits the powerful. We just need to show them how they have no protection so they can stop with the lies.
